1. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products and strict legal and health regulations, MediPort does not accept any returns or exchanges of medicines or healthcare products once they have been dispatched to the consumer. All sales are final, and the consumer is fully responsible for verifying the order prior to purchase.

2. Prescription Confirmation

It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure that the correct prescription is provided when placing an order. MediPort cannot be held liable for any incorrect orders due to prescription errors or miscommunication with healthcare providers. Please double-check all details before confirming the purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Products

Once the order is processed and the medications are shipped, they cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Unwanted or unused medications

• Change of mind after purchase

• Adverse reactions or dissatisfaction with the product

• Incorrect orders due to consumer error

4. Quality Assurance and Responsibility

MediPort sources medications from reputable pharmaceutical companies that comply with Indian Drug Policy and US FDA approval standards. While we guarantee the authenticity of the medicines provided, we do not assume any responsibility for the quality, effectiveness, or side effects of the medications. All sales are final, and once the product leaves our facilities, the consumer is responsible for its use and handling.

5. Delivery Time

Shipments are typically delivered within 12-15 business days after the order is processed. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and other factors beyond our control.

6. Damage During Shipping

MediPort ensures that all orders are securely packaged before dispatch. However, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or delay that occurs during the shipping process. Once the shipment is handed over to our logistics partners, it is the consumer’s responsibility to manage any issues related to transportation.

7. Consumer Responsibility

By making a purchase from MediPort, the consumer acknowledges that they are fully aware of the medication being ordered, its intended use, and the associated risks. The consumer agrees to take full responsibility for any decisions related to the use of the medication and will not hold MediPort liable for any consequences that arise from its consumption.

Consumers are required to ensure that the medications they order are in line with the legal requirements of their own country. MediPort is not responsible for any legal issues arising from the import of medications by the consumer.
